QMAP Academy trains students to become a Qualified Medication Administration Person (QMAP). This is a medication administration training approved by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. It follows the Section 25-1.5-301, C.R.S et seq. The course teaches unlicensed staff how to safely administer medications in settings authorized by law.

QMAP Academy charges a fee of $125 per student. You must pay the fee before attending the class. You can choose from different payment options at the time of registration. Fees are subject to change.

At the completion of this course, you will be able to:

• Safely administer medications via multiple “routes” in designated settings using written physician orders according to the “7 rights of administration”
• Document medication administration according to state board of health regulations
