Meet Sisters Dolly and Darla Stuart.

We take our jobs seriously, but ourselves lightly!

Dolly is QMAP Academy’s Trainer. She started working in healthcare in 1980. She has worn many hats over the years including but not limited to: Geriatrics Aide, Certified Nurse's Aide, Licensed Practical Nurse, Treatment Nurse, Unit Manager, Assistant Director of Nursing, and Wellness Director. She has also worked in admissions, marketing and assessments. In 2015 Dolly received an award from the International Nurses Association for being a Worldwide Leader in Healthcare. In 2019 she successfully completed her training to work as an Executive Director in Assisted Living Communities. Throughout her career Dolly has always held patient care and satisfaction as the most important benchmark of her job success. She has always enjoyed working with the elderly and looks forward to this new adventure with her sister.

Darla is QMAP Academy’s Program Coordinator. She recently retired from a 30-year career at The Arcs in Colorado where she worked with and on behalf of people with developmental disabilities and their families. Darla has worn many hats over the years including but not limited to: Individual Advocate, Systems Change Advocate, Executive Director, Trainer, and Social Enterprise Creator. Darla has always believed that training and education is the least intrusive form of advocacy. She is excited to join forces with her sister and offer quality training.
